Autocom Performance Parts Policies

Autocom Performance Parts uses Federal Express as the preferred shipping method for orders within the U.S. Canadian orders are shipped either using FedEx or USPS Priority Airmail. All other countries are shipped USPS Priority Airmail.

Note: Shipping restrictions do apply on products classified as Ground Only. Cleaning materials, oils, fuels and anything else considered hazardous cannot be ordered as FedEx shipping restrictions prohibit it.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Items not in stock will be shipped 1 business day after stocking, and will ship by selected shipping method from that date. Please ccontact customer service if you have questions regarding this policy.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special order items are items that are not normally stocked. We currently do not process special order items.

OVERSIZED / HEAVY ITEMS
A special handling charge may be added to certain items that are oversized or extra heavy. We will contact you after your purchase with additional information on the shipping fees. Please email us before purchase if you have questions.

*For items weighing more than 150 lbs., allow 5-10 business days for delivery.


DELIVERY SCHEDULE
FedEx delivers from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.

SALES TAX
Residents of Washington will be charged sales tax (current rate of 8.4%).

RETURNS / REFUNDS

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may, as long as the product has not been installed or damaged by you, return it within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a refund or replacement. There is a 15% restocking fee on items that were not shipped or ordered in error on our part. If you decide you do not want the item or you ordered the incorrect part, you will be required to pay the restocking fee. If the incorrect item was shipped to you or it is damaged or not as advertised, you will not be subject to the restocking fee.

Returns not subject to restocking fees are:
• Defective items (subject to verfiication)
• Incorrectly shipped items
• Incorrect part numbers published
• Items damaged in shipping

If you have item(s) to return:
Please e-mail returns@autocom.com to request a return Authorization number. You may also e-mail with any questions. You will be emailed with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with your return after you request a authorization number. Included with each shipment is a return form to include with any sreturned items.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order. it must be done before the order has been shipped out. Some orders are shipped out the same day, so do not delay when cancelling an order. Orders that are cancelled AFTER they have been shipped will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Please e-mail @autocom.com to cancel an oder as soon as possible.
